Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident buying from Bumble Nest.

Returns: you may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened feeding bottles, teats, pacifiers, and cutlery cannot be returned unless defective on arrival.

Damaged or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us at contact.babynestessentials@gmail.com within 7 days with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund method: approved refunds are issued to original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Who pays return shipping: Customer pays for change-of-mind returns; Bumble Nest covers defective/incorrect items .
